Abstract
A critical review of existing approaches to determining the nature and purpose of the resource potential of the enterprise was conducted. The crucial issues of the managerial process in the field of resource potential were defined. A model of evaluation of resource potential and mechanism of dynamic management based on the maintenance of development and anti-aging were proposed.
