Abstract
The transformation model of innovative process needs the increase of activity of higher educational establishments forming and development of the national innovative system. Translation of economy on the innovative way of development needs the new going near the estimation of role and science place in public progress. The orientation of educational activity innovative strategy of institutions of higher learning has been analyzed.
