Abstract
The article deals with the necessity of forming of professional dialog culture among future merchandizing and commercial activity specialists. The ground of theoretical principles of professional dialog culture forming among future merchandizing and commercial activity specialists by means of information and communication technologies has been given. First on the basis of analysis and studying of scientific achievements among domestic and foreign scientists, taking into account own pedagogical experience, a concept of forming professional dialog culture among future merchandizing and commercial activity specialists has been proposed. The practical value of the received results is in their sufficient readiness for implementing in the educational process of Higher educational establishments, which deal with training future merchandizing and commercial activity specialists.
