Abstract

The article reveals the essence, characteristics and interrelation of communications and marketing communications of the enterprise. Author's approaches to the definition of the concept of “communication policy” are investigated, its priority goals and tools are highlighted. A sequence of steps has been developed to improve the communication policy of the enterprise using basic, synthetic and modern tools.
