FEATURES OF HANDWRITING STUDY IN POOR LIGHTING OR NO VISIBILITY WRITING SURFACES: FORENSIC ASPECT

This article examines the influence of such a misleading factor as the lack of visual control on human handwriting. General and individual signs that undergo changes during the execution of the manuscript in conditions of poor lighting or lack of visibility of the writing surface are considered. An example of an experiment conducted by foreign scientists is presented, the results of which clearly demonstrate changes in handwriting, as well as the capabilities of software that could be useful for domestic forensic experts. Conclusions were made that emphasize the need for further research.
