CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL AID FOR UKRAINE

A year has passed since the beginning of the large-scale invasion of the Russian army into Ukraine. The presence of Ukraine in the conditions of a hybrid war since 2014 and the start of full-scale aggression by the Russian Federation in 2022 became a prerequisite for accelerated and intensive cooperation with international partners in the framework of receiving international assistance for the Defense Forces. It was the help of our partners that became the key to a desperate and successful confrontation with our enemy.
