Abstract
The article deals with the problem of overpayment by consumers for the services of heat supply organizations, analyzes high tariffs, as well as cases of unjustified and illegal charging for heating, and also developed measures to optimize the heat supply system and consumer protection to ensure the availability and fairness of payment for services.
