Abstract

The article examines actual aspects of professional training of military specialists in the context of the needs and tasks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.Professional principles and transparency in the public administration of higher military education are considered as key elements for achieving strategic goals and responding to the challenges of the modern security environment. The reform of the military education system, which has been actively implemented in recent years, requires clear methodological and ideological guidelines for determining the further directions of development of personnel training for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Changes in public and professional consciousness, which determine the direction of European and North Atlantic integration, are reflected in the system of principles. North Atlantic integration, are reflected in the system of principles. The principles, as guiding principles in the field of security and defense, have a great influence on the effectiveness of the performance of service and combat tasks by private, non-commissioned officers and officers. The theoretical and methodological aspect of the essence and types of principles of public administration in the training of personnel with higher military education in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not yet been sufficiently developed by scientists. This requires conducting new research in this direction to improve and change scientific concepts.
