Abstract

The article reveals the prospects for the creation and development of business ecosystems for agricultural entrepreneurship in Ukraine. It has been determined that a business- or entrepreneurial ecosystem is an economic community of organisms of the business world, which in the process of their functioning support and complement each other and thereby ensure their economic activity and economic development. Entrepreneurial ecosystems are quite flexible depending on the needs of their participants. They differ in their composition and structure, functions, goals and objectives, principles of organization, success factors and mechanisms for creating value. Therefore, it is advisable to distinguish their types according to different classification criteria. In particular, depending on the relationships of the participants, territorial location, corporate social responsibility, sources and principles of investment, subjects of value formation, etc. It has been proven that for agricultural entrepreneurship, the key factor in ecosystem differentiation should be the size of economic entities. For large businesses, a key feature of the ecosystem should be its formation around the activities of an agricultural enterprise or one or more central companies playing a leading role in the production, exchange or consumption of certain goods and services. For medium-sized enterprises, two types of entrepreneurial ecosystems are most promising: those formed around a large processing company or food manufacturer; those formed on the basis of internal cooperation of agricultural producers to achieve common goals and objectives. For small and micro enterprises, the most promising ecosystems should be those based on the cooperation of agricultural producers and other entities operating in agriculture or rural areas. This will make it possible to take into account as fully as possible the peculiarities of the work of agricultural enterprises, their needs, as well as the possibility of ensuring a synergistic effect from the work.
