Abstract

In the study, the attention to the issues of personnel management in the system of ensuring personnel security of economic entities is updated. It is shown that the basis of such work should be careful planning of labor indicators and parameters. At the same time, the majority of internal risks and threats to the economic security of business entities also originate from personnel, which actualizes the issues and tasks of personnel security management. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to improve the methodological and applied principles of personnel management with the aim of strengthening the personnel security of business entities. It was established that in the system of personnel management and ensuring personnel security of enterprises, the leading role is played by the planning of the system of interrelated labor parameters, which creates prerequisites for the ability to independently and creatively solve complex technical, technological and organizational tasks, the ability to timely determine the reasons that prevent effective functioning of each element of the production system as a whole, to find ways and means of achieving the best result. It was concluded that the labor plan of the enterprise is an integral part of the general plan of its economic and financial activity, and the purpose of its development is to determine the necessary number and composition of the enterprise's personnel, as well as planning funds for labor stimulation. General logic and sequence of work plan development. It was determined that the information base for the development of the company's labor plan is materials for the analysis of the state of use of labor resources, labor productivity and the effectiveness of the stimulation of the company's personnel, forecasting of the labor market situation, legislative and by-laws regulating labor relations, the strategic plan for the development of the enterprise etc.
