ANALYSIS OF THE SOUTHERN OSCILLATION PHENOMENON EL NIÑO IN GLOBAL WARMING FORMAT

The article presents the results of an analysis of the relationship between the anomaly of the global average temperature of the Earth's surface and one of the main climate-forming factors — the El Niño Southern Oscillation phenomenon in the format of global warming. The behavior features of this anomaly are considered as one of the important indicators of climate change. Data are provided on changes in the oceanic Niño index, which tracks the behavior of the natural phenomenon El Niño Southern Oscillation.
