In the article the question is about the epoch of becoming scientifically - technical progress on the pages of magazine "Science and society" in 1951 - 1991 рр... Analysing causation, that influenced on the development of science and technology, in particular, giving an opportunity to replacements of hard hand work by machines, during the Soviet era USSR, having great scientific and technical potential, did a ponderable contribution to progress of science and technique, development of world civilization on the whole.
