Abstract
This literature review and analysis aims to examine the shortcomings of current agricultural initiatives in India, focusing on the region of Punjab. Successful, sustainable policies must consider the behaviours and motivations of the audience in order to desire a change. A systematic approach, coupled with behaviour analysis, is explored in this paper to help inform policymakers during the planning process to minimize potential limitations towards food security and sustainable agriculture.
