Abstract
Conditions of martial law significantly the impact on migration processes in Ukraine and Europe. Despite all the negative factors in confronting the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, our state directs its policies for European integration, and therefore a number of extremely urgent problems are faced with Ukraine. From February 24, 2022, Ukraine to this day, according to various Ukrainian and international organizations, more than 10 million citizens of Ukraine have been forced to leave their homes, of which 5 to 6 million are internally displaced and 4 million refugees. It should also be noted that the analysis of the information entered in the Unified Register of Pre -trial Investigations under Art. 332 of the Criminal Code (Criminal Code) of Ukraine it is established that as of February 1, 2023, the total number of Ukrainian citizens who are abroad is 7β989 027, while only 448β592 is in consular accounting. The population of both Ukraine and other states has taken place and there is a significant migration. That is why legal analysis of the conduct of individual unspoken investigative (investigative) actions in the investigation of the activities of organized groups that commit illegal crossing of persons across the state border of Ukraine, as well as the need to improve in this area of national legislation led to the relevance of the chosen topic. We maintain a position that is better to prevent any offense than then counteract. Accordingly, the determination is the main indicator that pours into organized criminal groups in all directions, especially the illegal crossing of persons across the state border of Ukraine. In this connection, the state needs to pay attention to the causes and conditions that contribute to the illegal criminal offense as the transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine. Constantly pay attention to the policy of migration processes. Involve foreign experts in law enforcement training. To update the legislation with the development of effective new methods for counteracting the activities of the NP of Ukraine activities of organized groups that commit illegal crossing of persons across the state border of Ukraine. It should be noted that a promising area of further research is seen in the study of foreign experience of counteracting organized groups who commit illegal crossing of persons across the state border.
