IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STRATEGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION

This article considers the possibilities of implementing a strategy for the development of public administration and public administration, taking into account current trends in digitalization. The concept of “digitalization” is analyzed. Trends and prospects of Strategic Public Administration regarding information and digital support for the functioning of public authorities are revealed. The article examines the peculiarities of the impact of digital development on Public Administration (Public Administration) and the processes of digital transformation in Ukrainian society. The article analyzes the current situation in the field of digitalization of Ukraine, the impact of new digital trends on the efficiency of state institutions. It is determined that success requires the implementation of an active state policy and effective work of state institutions and the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine. This can be achieved by implementing a strategy for digitalization of Public Administration. The article reveals the importance of “digital” technologies in public administration, identifies the main problems that may arise when implementing them, and presents modern “digital” strategic technologies. The conditions under which “digital” technologies can improve the efficiency of State (Public) Management are also defined. It is concluded that in the modern world, information and the state, as institutions, determine social progress. The information revolution and digital transformation are significantly changing the relationship between the state and citizens, ensuring transparency, accessibility and high-quality provision of Administrative Services. The article highlights the problems of digital technologies in public administration and their importance for the development of an open Information Society, increasing productivity, economic growth and improving the quality of life of Ukrainian citizens. It is concluded that digital transformation in the public sector of Ukraine is the basis for reforms and is a potential example for the whole country, demonstrating how to use the advantages of the digital world to stimulate the development of society. Digitalization of public administration involves the introduction of new tools for public communication, electronic services and cybersecurity, which requires changes in traditional practices in the field of Public Administration.
