Abstract

In the article it is researched the development of methodological grounds of modeling the influence of internal factors on the fundamental and stakeholder value added of enterprises in the process of implementing the concept of valuebased management at the microlevel of economy on the basis of the factor approach. It is considered the fundamental and stakeholder value added of enterprises as a factor system in which internal factors and the fundamental and stakeholder value added are interrelated with one causal relationship. It is substantiated the expediency of creating a stochastic factor model of the fundamental and stakeholder value added of enterprises as an object of influence of its internal factors. It is established the effectiveness of multiple correlation and regression analysis as a method of developing a system of internal factors of fundamental and stakeholder value added of enterprises in the process of making reasonable managerial decisions within the framework of value-based management. It is proposed a methodological approach to the determination of the internal factors which most likely influence the fundamental and stakeholder value added and to the determination of their indicators in the process of correlation and regression modeling. A structural and logical model of influence of internal factors on the fundamental and stakeholder value added of enterprises has been built. The content of the stages of correlation and regression modeling of influence of internal factors on the fundamental and stakeholder value added of enterprises has been described. It is determined the role of the proposed systematization of the stages of correlation and regression modeling in the study of influence of internal factors on the fundamental and stakeholder value added of enterprises and implementation of a factor approach in the theory and practice of value-based management of economic entities according to the criterion of the growth of their fundamental and stakeholder value added. It is established that the construction of a multiple regression model allows to analyze and study the trends in formation of the fundamental and stakeholder value added of enterprises, to solve the problem of developing and making reasonable managerial decisions about its increase by way of deliberate changing the internal factors of the fundamental and stakeholder value added of enterprises. Practical significance of the multiple regression model lies in the possibility of choosing optimal options of managing the fundamental and stakeholder value added of enterprises on its basis through achievement of target normative values of the corresponding internal factors in future periods.
