DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVING THE FINANCIAL SECURITY OF THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

In the study, attention is updated to the issues of activation of innovative activity and ensuring innovative development of enterprises. At the same time, it was established that the leading factor in the implementation of innovative activities in business is its financing, in particular at the expense of the company's own funds and resources. The purpose of the study is to improve the methodological and applied principles of improving the financial condition as a condition for the formation of financial support for the implementation of innovative projects (innovative development) of enterprises. The leading directions of innovative development of enterprises have been identified, namely (1) development, involvement and implementation of advanced progressive production technologies; (2) creation, approval, introduction and consolidation on the market of new samples of innovative products; (3) streamlining of internal innovation activity and development of cluster cooperation in the field of innovation development. The key issues related to the normalization of the financial condition of enterprises are indicated, which relate to the analysis of the financial condition and the determination of prospects for further development, in particular innovative, detection and liquidation of losses and damages, audits of activities, the introduction of new technologies, the selection of options for the location of production facilities, the implementation of new investment and innovation projects, etc. The priorities for improving the financial condition of domestic enterprises have been determined, which relate to the expansion of the scope of activities through the development of new equipment and technologies, the production and sale of new innovative goods, the improvement of the quality of products (services), research and improvement of the production system, compliance with payment discipline when making payments both with suppliers and and with buyers of products, effective use of labor resources by improving the level of personnel qualifications, properly organized labor discipline at the enterprise, motivation and stimulation of the work of personnel, use of world experience in the use of resource potential. Proposals for further improvement of financial support for innovative development of domestic enterprises have been developed.
