Abstract
The objective of the study is made up of thoughts of Kemal Tahir on the foundation of Ottoman Empire after H.A. Gibbons, P.Wittek and F. Köprülü’s dissertions are listed and criticized. In this study it is also dealt with Kemal Tahir’s interpretation of the embodiment of policy of “Osmanlılık” and main properties of this policy.
