Abstract
The paper was treated with the theoretical material and investigated the effect microrelief formed firmly film friction surfaces coated with molybdenum disulphide based on the adhesion of the coating to the substrate and the coefficient of friction and wear resistance of the friction pairs of devices operating under vacuum at a high temperature. It is shown that the friction surfaces vibro roll forming firmly film coated with the formation of regular microrelief increases coating adhesion to the substrate several times and allows to control the quality of the coating.
