STATE INFORMATION SECURITY SYSTEM: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL DIMENSION

The authors of the article carry out a theoretical and legal study of the system of the information security of the state and its components. Scientific approaches to the definition of the information security system and its components are analyzed. Among the components of the system of information security, the subjects, the objects, the mechanisms and the principles of information security are highlighted. Subjects of ensuring information security at the state and non-state levels have been identified.
