FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE ELECTRONIC SERVICES IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The article is devoted to the coverage of one of the topical issues of administrative law — the peculiarities of the development of administrative electronic services in Ukraine in modern conditions. The difficult period that our state is experiencing today necessitates the search for new approaches and working conditions of public authorities, and especially those entrusted with the responsibilities of providing administrative services. The need to establish relations and contacts in the conditions of the declaration of martial law with private subjects — subjects of appeals to public authorities made it possible to accelerate the transition to the use of information technologies and increase the number of people who order services using Internet platforms and web portals. Regulatory and legal support in the field of administrative electronic services is analyzed. The importance of the regulatory consolidation of the concept of «electronic public service» was noted, which brought the use of information and telecommunication resources to a new level, allowing the implementation of the «Diya» application for mobile phones and tablets. The convenience of using one's own gadgets as a communication tool with public authorities gained significant use precisely during the period of the large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation and made it possible for private individuals to receive public services. The work focuses on the need to synchronize electronic registers, databases and other modules for systematization, simplification and efficiency of obtaining information about a certain object or subject of legal relations, or checking such data. Although significant work in this direction is already underway, it is noted that there is still a need to provide the user of administrative services with copies of those documents that the employee of the state body could obtain from the registers. However, in modern, difficult conditions for the Ukrainian state, it is worth noting a significant leap in the development of the provision of administrative electronic services, namely the improvement of normative legal acts through amendments and additions and the introduction of new types of electronic administrative services.
