Abstract
The study analyzes the role of inclusive marketing and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in creating marketing strategies that take into account the needs of various consumer groups in the Belarusian market. It demonstrates how integrating AI into marketing can increase the efficiency of creating inclusive campaigns, providing a deep understanding of consumer diversity and reducing costs. The results of an online survey among Belarusians show a positive attitude towards inclusive groups and a desire to see more inclusiveness from their favorite brands. Analysis of AI-generated advertising materials confirms their ability to evoke positive emotions in a wide audience and contributes to improved perceptions of inclusive content.
