EVOLUTIONARY DEVELOPMENT OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION’S INNOVATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE

In the modern world, where the pace of technological change and globalization is accelerating, the innovative infrastructure of higher education institutions becomes a key factor not only in the preparation of qualified professionals, but also in shaping the overall innovative potential of a country. Considering the recent challenges faced by the higher education sector, an important aspect is the development of methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the transformation of higher education to enhance its effectiveness and competitiveness, smooth entry into the European educational space, and successful recovery in the post-war period. The development of innovative infrastructure in higher education institutions is a key determinant of these processes. This article summarizes the theoretical positions on the content of the process of developing the innovative infrastructure of a higher education institution and proposes methodological approaches for ensuring its effectiveness. As a result of the research, the key stages of the process of forming innovative infrastructure were identified, the variability of innovation infrastructure hubs was studied, and a roadmap for its scaling was proposed. Implementing the research results will allow leaders of higher education institutions to identify key approaches to the development of innovative infrastructure in their own institution and provide them with methodological and practical recommendations to ensure the effectiveness of this process.
