Abstract

In the modern workplace are increased requirements to the mixers, which should have a relatively simple construc-tion, high performance, reliability, low power consumption and to ensure high quality preparation of plastic, hard and ultra hard concrete mixes. For efficient and reliable operation of the proposed mixers and enforcement actions necessary to accurately choose rational parameters of mixing of the working bodies, creating a stirring new effects in the form of active circulation and vibroactivity concrete mixes, as well as to justify a rational speed modes and the modes vibroactivity mixture during mixing. The purpose of this research is to develop new design energy saving mixer with oscillating vibrations. This paper describes the design and principle of operation vibromechanical of forced action mixer, equipped with stirrer working body in the form of a blade shaft and a vibrating device for generating an oscillating oscillations of the mixing drum. On a blade shaft of a mixer with the help of racks secured to the Central and peripheral blades, forming a discontinuous helix to move the mixture in opposite directions: on the periphery of the mixing drum and in its Central part. On the mixing drum mounted on elastic shock absorbers, vibration exciter mounted torsional vibration generating oscillating oscillation mixing drum about the axis of rotation of the impeller shaft. The equations of motion and determined the laws oscillating (torsional) oscillations of the mixing drum at idle and in operation of concrete mixing, allowing to prove the main parameters of concrete mixer and technological modes of vibration of processing the mixture in the course of its preparation, to find the capacity of the drive. The use of the proposed mixer was almost halved the installed capacity of the electric drive and three times to reduce the energy intensity of the process of preparation of concrete mixes.
