Abstract

The paper emphasizes the importance of a methodological approach to building a regional industrial regeneration management system and attracting qualified labor force into the regional economy even during the war. The purpose of the article is to provide a scientific justification for the influence of the internal and external environment on the regeneration processes in the industrial economy during martial law and after the completion of hostilities, as components of the system of restoring the industrial potential of regions. The author notes that transforming the challenges of the external environment into opportunities when building an industrial regeneration system through the application of a management system contains an additional resource for optimizing and accelerating the regeneration processes in the industrial economy. This requires a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the factors of the internal and external environment for transformational transformations of external challenges into additional opportunities that enhance the hidden, existing and underutilized potential of the regions, thanks to the establishment of high-quality coordination of processes in the industrial regeneration system. The article further develops the theoretical and methodological justification of the influence of effective approaches to management and coordination of regeneration processes on achieving the ultimate goal – restoration of the industrial economy of Ukraine in the post-war and post-war period and sustainable development of the region, determination of optimal models for operational monitoring of the course of processes, studying the influence of new technologies on regeneration processes, as well as overcoming technological gaps and creating conditions for the return of qualified migrants to Ukraine
