Abstract

The possibility of increasing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises of any profile and scale of activity due to the use of a human-centered management model within enterprises is revealed. The latter contributes to the self-realization of each employee, awakens in him creativity, dedication, courage, and the search for ways to increase competence. The effectiveness of the model is proven due to the high level of self-realization of the workers' potential, taking into account the interests of both their own and society in general. Which, in turn, supports the civilizational development of the economy for the sake of people and with the help of people, implementing the ideology of human-centrism (eco-human-centrism) on the way to social progress. Attention is focused precisely on the innovative approach of building the above-mentioned model of the economy of enterprises. Innovation is manifested in the fact that each organization can have a confederation of owners who see the results of their activities and participate in their distribution. Such owners will demonstrate their dignity, passion and professionalism, which are characteristic features of humanocracy, which at the same time contributes to the debureaucratization of the enterprise economy. It is proven that meritocracy is the most important principle of social justice and the key principle of building human-centered organizations. According to this principle, each person is evaluated according to merit, and in management this is expressed in the fact that management positions should be held by the most ambitious people, regardless of their social or economic origin. The efficiency of the enterprise economy is analyzed through the organization of human capital vertically from bottom to top. Emphasis is placed on the primacy of human activity to build a successful enterprise economy. The human-centered economy is of particular importance for the development of post-war Ukraine
