Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a program that can learn, make decisions and improve their skills without human intervention. In order for the program to work correctly, it is given instructions and "teached" by providing examples of the tasks it must perform. Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly important tool for optimizing marketing campaigns.
