Abstract

Logistics, as an integral part of any business, is subject to various risks that can significantly affect the efficiency and profitability of operations. Failures in the planning, execution or control of logistics processes can lead to delays, cargo damage, loss of profit, negative impact on reputation and other adverse consequences. In the context of increasing globalization and dynamic markets, risk management in logistics is becoming particularly relevant. The need to minimize potential losses and ensure the smooth operation of logistics chains is becoming a key success factor for enterprises. This work is devoted to the study of practical aspects of risk management in logistics. It will consider the main types of risks, methods of their identification, assessment and mitigation. Special attention will be paid to modern tools and technologies used for effective risk management in logistics. The purpose of the work is to analyze modern approaches to risk management in logistics and offer practical recommendations for improving this process. The results of this study can be useful for heads of logistics departments, risk management managers, as well as for specialists involved in the development and implementation of logistics strategies.
