Fulfillment of obligations, the concept and principles of fulfillment

This text examines the concept of obligation as a diverse civil law phenomenon. The author focuses on the fact that the obligation can be considered as a civil legal relationship, according to which the debtor is obliged to perform a certain action in favor of the creditor. The article identifies two main principles of fulfillment of obligations – proper and real fulfillment. It is emphasized that if these principles are not followed, civil liability arises.
