Abstract
The article examines the principle of interaction between teachers and students of higher education institutions, which is based on the technique of manipulative influence. Manipulations are one of the strongest mechanisms of psychological influence on a person, aimed at getting one benefit or another. The article reveals the methods of manipulative influence used by students in relation to teachers.
