Abstract
Psychological training of employees of institutions of the penitentiary system to act in extreme situations plays an important role in ensuring their effectiveness and safety. This article discusses the necessary steps and techniques that allow UIS employees to prepare for work in extreme conditions, improve their psychological stress tolerance and make the right decisions in critical situations.
