CONTRIBUTION A LA COMPREHENSION DES CONTRAINTES DE GESTION D UNE ORGANISATION SPORTIVE: CAS DU COMITE NATIONAL DE GESTION DE LA LUTTE (CNGL) AU SENEGAL

The objective of this article is to return to the management constraints on sports organizations in the context of Senegal. These are particularly those influencing the National Committee for the Management of the struggling in Senegal. Due to the exploratory nature of the study, an interpretative epistemological orientation and a qualitative approach were put forward to grasp the meaning of the discourse of the actors in the context of a case study. The results which seem to show a faulty legal framework, insufficient means and governance to be improved. This has a negative influence on the management of the CNGL by a lack of division of labor through the specialization of tasks and the exclusion of essential stakeholders from the management of sports activities.
