The Effectiveness of Employing E-Learning Platforms in Enhancing the Educational Process from the Perspective of Zarqa University Students

Abstract
The study aims to know the effectiveness of employing E-Learning platforms in enhancing the educational process from the perspective of Zarqa university students, by using the survey methodology through applying an equal quota sample of (400) individuals divided equally among students of science and humanities faculties. The study concluded that the largest percentage of the respondents (59%) use e-learning platforms in the educational process at a moderate level, and the (Moodle) application appeared as the most used platform by the respondents. The impact of the expected performance factor, the expected effort, and the available facilities on the respondents' use of e-learning platforms in the educational process appeared in a high degree. The expected effort factor ranked first in terms of impact, followed by the available facilities factor, and then the expected performance factor. The results show a high level of effectiveness of employing these platforms in enhancing the educational process from the point of view of the respondents, and if their use of the platforms increased; the level of its effectiveness in promoting the educational process would increase.
