According to the paper, Ghanas educational system has undergone frenzied reforms since independence in an attempt to address the nations developmental demands while also meeting the bare minimum of standards. This extensive study analyzes the subject of inconsistency in Ghanas educational policy, focusing on the impact of teacher professional development in the education system.
