Abstract
Etude prospective descriptive, ciblant des patients cancereux candidats pour une chimiotherapie anti-tumorale incluant la capecitabine, afin devaluer linterêt de lintervention dermatologique therapeutique. En effet des mesures therapeutiques et adjuvantes lancees precocement et adequatement ont permis dameliorer le profil de tolerance de la capecitabine, evitant des adaptations du protocole, ainsi dans notre serie, seulement 06% des patients ont necessite une reduction de dose de 25% suite a une forme grave et recalcitrante derythrodysesthesie palmo-plantaire.
