The use of process visualization tools on the example of cottage cheese production

The article analyzes the methods of visualization of processes using the example of making cottage cheese in a traditional way in industrial conditions. A diagram is constructed in the idef0 notation, which reflects the main stages of the process and the connections between them. Then, based on the same example, a lean manufacturing tool is used — mapping the value stream. All the elements indicated on the map have been analyzed. Also, within the framework of the unified modeling language, a time diagram is constructed for the stage of milk fermentation.
