THE IMPORTANCE OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The article is devoted to the study of management of investment activity of an enterprise. Since in modern conditions there is an increase in the level of competition both in the domestic and international markets, investments are becoming an important condition for the economic growth of an enterprise. The article defines the essence of the concept of “investment activity”. The relationship between investment attractiveness and the financial condition of the enterprise is revealed. The main approaches to defining the essence of investment and investment activity of enterprise are analyzed. The significance of the investment activity of enterprise is shown, which is manifested in modern investment directions, which are changing and expanding under the influence of information and communication technologies and the development of economic relations. By using investments, enterprises are able to gain a leading position in the market.
