Abstract
Introduction. The recovery of the economy and infrastructure after the war is critically important for stabilizing Ukraine's economy and creating new opportunities for business. The war has led to demographic changes due to mass migration, which affects the labor market and employment structure. Business development can contribute to job creation and the integration of internally displaced persons. The crisis and reconstruction require new management approaches that stimulate innovation and efficiency. Therefore, business development in the post-war period and migration crisis encompasses economic, social, and innovative aspects of country recovery. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of post-war reconstruction and the migration crisis on business development in Ukraine. It aims to highlight key challenges and opportunities arising in the context of economic recovery after armed conflict and significant migration flows. Through the analysis of these factors, the article seeks to reveal strategies and approaches for successful business development, as well as identify ways to ensure stability and competitiveness of enterprises in times of uncertainty and change. Materials and Methods. The research materials include: regulatory acts regulating business activity in conditions of post-war reconstruction and migration crisis in Ukraine; scientific articles, studies, and reports by domestic and foreign authors in the fields of economics, business, sociology, and politics, which illuminate the problems of business development in conditions of post-war reconstruction and migration crisis. The methodological basis of the research includes such scientific methods as analysis (for examining the state of affairs in the field of business and studying the impact of post-war reconstruction and migration crisis), comparative analysis (for comparing the experience of other countries in addressing similar issues), and empirical methods (for collecting and analyzing data to assess the impact of post-war reconstruction and migration crisis on business development). Results. The scientific article reveals the impact of the war in Ukraine on the country's economy and business environment. Among the main aspects of the impact, the following are highlighted: infrastructure destruction, loss of production capacities, migration crisis and loss of workforce, reduced investment attractiveness, financial difficulties, market structure changes, and psychological impact on entrepreneurs. It is emphasized that the migration crisis becomes an additional factor significantly influencing business development in the conditions of post-war reconstruction, altering the labor market and consumer demand. It is noted that business adaptation to new conditions requires flexibility and innovative approach, and enterprises that can adapt quickly have the opportunity to thrive in times of uncertainty and change. Discussion. In further research, it is proposed to focus on studying effective approaches to the restoration of destroyed transport, energy, and communication networks, which are critical for normalizing economic activity.
