Abstract

Introduction. In today's world, the protection of labor rights of employees has become one of the most pressing issues requiring in-depth analysis and a comprehensive approach. Rapid changes in the labor market, the impact of the latest technologies, economic globalization and social transformations have significantly affected labor relations and increased the importance of ensuring employees' rights. Labor rights, as the basis of social justice and human dignity, cover a wide range of issues, including workplace safety, decent pay, equality of opportunity and non-discrimination, as well as the right to rest and social protection. However, the realization of these rights faces numerous challenges that require constant monitoring and improvement of mechanisms for their protection. One of the key aspects of current research is the analysis of changes brought by the digital revolution. New forms of labor, such as freelancing, remote work, and platform economies, challenge traditional approaches to labor relations and require new solutions to ensure workers' rights. At the same time, old problems, such as discrimination based on gender, age, race, or sexual orientation, remain relevant and require constant attention. The study of modern problems of protecting employees' labor rights also covers issues of economic and social guarantees, such as pensions, sick leave and vacation, as well as the effectiveness of trade unions and collective bargaining in ensuring employees' rights. Given the global economic and social changes, modern research aims not only to identify problems but also to propose effective mechanisms for solving them. This involves both analyzing existing legal protection systems and developing new strategies and policies that meet the challenges of our time. Thus, the study of labor rights protection issues is extremely important for ensuring social justice and sustainable development of labor relations in the globalized world. Purpose.
