Abstract
The article discusses the important task of improving the quality of work of modern machining equipment with CNC systems in the processing of machine parts and devices. This is possible due to the use for this purpose of special, automatic systems of technical diagnostics. For the high-quality operation of such systems, it is necessary to develop a new, effective methodology for their operation, control and management of ensuring the quality of parts. In the work, mathematical modeling of the loss of dynamic resistance of the machining process is carried out, new models for assessing the quality of the cutting process are proposed, an algorithm for the quality management of the technical diagnostic system for turning parts is presented.
