Abstract

In the context of the growing complexity and dynamism of modern supply chains, effective communication between logistics departments is becoming a key factor in successful management. This paper analyzes strategies aimed at improving interaction between various departments in the field of logistics. Such approaches as the introduction of a single platform for team communication, organization of regular meetings, clear definition of roles and responsibilities, employee training, etc. are considered. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating these strategies to improve the overall efficiency of processes, reduce costs, and improve customer service within the supply chain.
