Abstract
The article examines the main types of risks, including environmental, operational, financial and technical, that affect logistics processes. Particular attention is paid to risk management methods, such as insurance, supplier diversification, the use of big data technologies, blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT). Modern trends, such as digitalization, ESG factors and automation, as well as key challenges, including cybersecurity, geopolitical instability and climate change are described. The authors emphasize the importance of taking into account the human factor in decision-making. The article offers a comprehensive approach to identifying, assessing and minimizing risks, ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of supply chains.
