Abstract
State regulation in the field of logistics is of particular importance in the modern world, where the processes of globalization and technological development are increasingly accelerating. This article discusses the main aspects of regulation, its goals and tools, as well as its impact on the efficiency of logistics processes. The functions of logistics, the legal framework, infrastructure support and environmental aspects are analyzed. Examples of successful and ineffective regulation in different countries illustrate the diversity of approaches and identify the main challenges for governments and businesses.
