Abstract
As the international community becomes more integrated, international logistics operations are increasingly influenced by geopolitical factors that significantly affect the efficiency and stability of supply chains. Geopolitical shifts, such as trade conflicts, sanctions measures and military actions, can lead to disruptions of familiar logistics routes and create uncertainty in planning. This paper examines key geopolitical factors and their implications for business. The emphasis is on the need for companies to adapt to new conditions, in particular, to develop risk management strategies and implement innovative solutions to increase the sustainability of logistics processes.
