Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of effective inventory management strategies aimed at improving the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of purchases in the modern market. The paper describes in detail key approaches such as ABC analysis, the Just-in-Time (JIT) method, and order size optimization (EOQ). Each of these methods is analyzed from the point of view of practical application in the context of the Belarusian economy. Special attention is paid to the advantages and limitations of each strategy, as well as examples of their implementation in various industries. The possibilities of using modern information technologies for automation and optimization of inventory management processes are considered. Effective inventory management is a key factor in the success of any company, especially in today's economy, where competition is becoming tougher and customer needs are changing faster. In Belarus, as in other countries, a sound inventory management strategy can significantly improve business efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service. Let's look at several strategies that can help Belarusian companies optimize inventory management and make purchases more efficient.
