Project management as an effective method of public administration in conditions of uncertainty and risk

The article is devoted to the definition of the essence of project management, identification of its main characteristics, comparison with existing methods of public administration that are used by authorities. The author identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the project approach, provides specific examples of the use of the project approach in management in the Vladimir region. As a result of the research, the author concludes that it is necessary to use this method when making government decisions, which is justified by their effectiveness and efficiency.
