Problems of development of automated information systems in judicial activity

The article describes the importance of using automated information systems in the judicial activity of the Russian Federation (AIS) at the present stage of development of society. The principles of creation and use of AIS for the purpose of improving justice are described. The modern challenges and problems facing the Russian Federation in the framework of implementation of electronic justice systems are indicated.
