The article is devoted to the consideration of the essence and content of the legal regulation of public relations in the organization of systematic transportation. Despite the fact that this area of civil law was the subject of research by civilists at the beginning of the last century, to date, science has not developed a unified point of view on the legal nature of contracts for the organization of transportation.
