Abstract
The article deals with the problem of professional burnout among fast food workers, which is relevant in modern conditions of a rapidly changing labor market. The author analyzes the main causes of burnout, including high stress levels, inadequate working conditions, as well as lack of support from management and colleagues. The key idea of the article is that professional burnout not only negatively affects the health of employees, but also worsens the quality of service, which ultimately affects the reputation of fast food establishments and their financial results. The article presents the results of surveys and studies confirming the link between emotional burnout and high staff turnover in this field. The context of the article emphasizes the importance of implementing integrated approaches to personnel management in fast food restaurants: from organizing working hours and providing recreation areas to increasing the level of motivation and engagement
