Introduction. In the current conditions of globalization and strengthening of international economic ties, the problem of raiding has become particularly relevant, affecting both the development of national economies and the general stability of the world market. The unlawful seizure of enterprises or their assets causes significant damage to business entities, violates the rights of investors, undermines trust in state institutions and inhibits investment activity. In this regard, the development of effective mechanisms to combat raiding has become one of the key tasks at both the national and international levels.
